We are seeking Property Consultant /Senior Property Consultant for Primary/secondary market to be an intermediary between Developer/ Owner and Buyers. The responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Assisting clients to make right property-purchasing decisions.
• Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
• Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers and Sellers.
• Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
• Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
• Making available property data base of the area.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

Requirements:

• High school diploma OR Bachelor’s finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in property management or real estate.
• Strong English skills (spoken and written) with further languages being of advantage.
• IT proficient, comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of real estate laws.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Self-Motivated.
• Energetic, Organized, Presentable.
• Aggressive in reaching monthly targets.
• Must have a car and valid UAE driver’s license.
